This is the guise of Jesus

The sign the middle aged woman was holding said “I Need Kindness”. Being vague what she was asking for, I watched to see the reactions of people. Some smiled, most looked away, some went the extra effort to frown.

It is hard to understand why someone would not want to give away a smile when they are free. Do they not understand that smiles are contagious? That it is good for both the giver and the recipient? Something so simple can change a person’s life. A smile gives acknowledgement to another human being that they are worthy. It is the cheapest easiest gift to give another.

Those who make an effort to connect know the value of kindness. They know kindness multiplies when paid forward, expecting nothing in return. The feel good feeling overwhelms your heart till it wants to burst with gladness. That is what compassion is. To care about the welfare of another human. To understand what affects one effect all in some form or fashion.  

Why do some people only give when they expect to get that pat on the back, the paper of recognition, or the tax break? The jags, beamers, and benz that quickly pass by totally ignoring the potential in people because they only see face value in their materialistic World. The haves VS the have not. The sick game of keeping up with the Jones, in a never ending search for more, bigger, and better. The empty hole that never gets filled no matter how big, how much, or who they acquire. Trophies that line the walls and shelves, sitting on a pedestal to be admired idolized as worth in their lives.  

Those who would rather inflict harm on others they consider less fortunate. What sick effort to hurt others has a reward? The Law of cause and effect, what goes around comes around, the Karmic lesson in life. To hurt is to be hurt. To love and be loved is the greatest feeling to be accomplish.

To love others unconditionally is not to judge how they have reacted to the hurts and negative actions of others in their lives. Their self confidence shattered by allowing others to dictate their worth. Some spiral downward into the disease of alcoholism and addiction. It is a Spiritual malady of self-pitiful incomprehensible demoralization that accompanies the disease. This is not to say that all who are homeless suffer from alcoholism addiction or mental illness. Circumstances dictate actions. We choose to make them positive or negative.

Standing with a sign seeking kindness and a solution is much better than stealing your needs and wants. Unfortunately taking what you want causes Social problems. Those who feel entitled, superior and justified in their actions to acquire wealth do not understand that wealth is not monetary. That insatiable hole will never be filled from the outside. Those who have the least give the most. Hoping the favor returned should they be in the same position.

It is service that is good for the soul. Serving for the benefit of humanity is what brings Peace to Earth. Helping those different than you brings the change you seek. Only when we do for others can we do for ourselves. Teaching our children the generations follow. Those who show their children compassion for others are the Angels walking the Earth. The ones who give hugs, kind words and acknowledgement to those considered undesirable to the masses. This is what Jesus would do. Not dress in the finest clothing to worship in a church that condemns the homeless wearing rags, the poor who ask for their daily bread. Those struggling to find hope in a World of condemnation and pain. The deliberate crucifixion of those deemed as different. The outcast kept at bay from the gated communities who recognize others by the bar code on their cars. Signalizing they are worthy of their kind words and deeds. The privileged few who are so unwilling to share the wealth without prestige attached. It is not that giving a dollar away would break them. It is the recognition attached they seek. The shallow EGO fed soul that has a never ending bottomless pit to fulfillment.

Why show kindness, love, and compassion to another with no care to reward? Because it is a feeling no money can buy. The pit in your stomach that does flips of joy in the happiness it brings to another soul, helping you to be grateful that your problems could be worse. The hand up you give someone could be the hand that feeds you someday. No one is invincible. Fate can be cruel. As can Karma. Consider all who have been left homeless after Mother Nature shed her fury. When you have nothing left to lose you will learn what really matters in life. This is the guise of Jesus.

Seeking Justice

To Whom it may concern,

Where does police surveillance overstep the privacy of the people they are sworn to serve and protect? Who holds those accountable for personal vendettas using their position as law enforcement? Punishable under Article 42, Government officials, including police officers, may be required to pay monetary damages to a victim of wrongful arrest, according to Title 42, Section 1983 of the U.S. Code. A wrongful arrest is a violation of constitutional rights.

Hummelstown police staked out the apartment of my daughter, who recently moved back to Pennsylvania after 18 years to be reunited with her family, only to be targeted by the same officer who swore she would put her brother in prison. This officer lied about the actions of her brother to get him convicted. Now she is continuing her personal vendetta by targeting the sister.

Hummelstown police took garbage outside the apartment to find probable cause to get a search warrant. They found Cannabis stems in a garbage bag, got a search warrant to find one peace pipe and a Cannabis roach in the apartment. Now my daughter has been fingerprinted and put into the Criminal Justice System. These actions stem from profiling and Targeting for THREE Generations. Enough is enough. All those who are responsible for these wrong doings, Will Be Held Accountable.

There is a hearing 8am at District Justice Pelino on July 25^th. DJ Pelino is the same person who propositioned me as an 18 year old girl when I worked at I Hop restaurant in Hershey. I thwarted his advances and my family has been under attack ever since. He has continually violated the 1^st, 4^th , 5th, 8th and 14^th Amendment rights to prosecute my family. How can my daughter get Justice when the opposite is the example of his judgment? I will gladly submit to taking a Polygraph to prove these statements are true.

In contacting the Pennsylvania Chief Justice Ronald Castile’s office, in regards to the mistreatment of Shellby’s brothers by the Criminal Justice System, it has been verified there are legal grounds for a lawsuit. By profiting off the disease of alcoholism, refusing treatment violated their Civil Rights. These latest actions of the Hummelstown police prove this.

To whom it may concern,

This letter is written in regards to my sons. They have been repeat offenders, violating probation due to their fatal disease of Alcoholism.  Recognized by the American Medical Association as a fatal illness, we question why we keep treating alcoholics as criminals?  Is it just to profit the criminal justice system or is rehabilitation the goal?

If you want to make a difference in the recidivism rate, the breakdown in the family unit, and lower the prison numbers then treatment needs to be an option.  Education regarding the disease is needed before diagnosis can occur.  With 75-80% of people incarcerated under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of arrest, we can no longer ignore this issue.

The criminal justice system has contributed to the destruction of my family.  I am a survivor of 18 years of domestic violence.  There was no one or shelter to take children and animals in.  After trying and starting over, In February 1995, I had enough abuse; the boys were involved in an accident with their father when he was drunk.  I made him leave and his father evicted his grandchildren and me three days later.  Then, I lost everything, business, house, animals, children, and my mind to the insanity of alcoholism.

My children have survived much trauma.  Their father received three months probation when he demolished my car we were sitting in, with an axe.  He would pay no support causing us to lose our place of residences.  No shelter would take us in because we had animals.  I received a fine when my horse was eating grass in the neighbor’s yard and my father in law gets no punishment for having 21 sticks of dynamite lying around.  The boys thought they were flares and were trying to light them.  I could go on with many more horror stories of abuse suffered at the hands of their father.  No woman or child should ever suffer as we did.  Now to see the pattern continue with my children, enough is enough.

The police who slapped their father on the hands for his wrong doings became the magistrates that set exceedingly high bonds, violating their 8^th Amendment rights.  The probation officers who continually stated their intent on prison and not treatment as I repeatedly requested.  Treatment that makes a difference, they have a chemical imbalance of the brain that needs to be addressed on top of PTSD.

There should be a Law enacted that No elected officials should have stock in alcohol, pharmaceutical, or the private prisons.  These industries only capitalize on the disease and decay in Society.  With the money spent on repeat offenders what ultimate cost to Society if people were educated to be productive members?

They monitored patients with AIDS and HIV as they toked on joints or placebos to determine whether marijuana could quell agonizing pain from nerve damage. It provided relief.
They tested a "Volcano Vaporizer" to see whether inhaling smokeless pot delivered healthier, low-tar cannabis. It did.
Over a dozen years, California's historic experiment in medical marijuana research brought new science to the debate on marijuana's place in medicine. State-funded studies - costing $8.7 million - found pot may offer broad benefits for pain from nerve damage from injuries, HIV, strokes and other conditions.

Nuked at The Three Mile Island Nuclear Accident in March 1979, nine months later an idea was born. I am called GLoLady, a woman who radiates light, because I invented glow in the dark clothing. Glow Butts the original glow in the dark underwear and Glo For It! Originals. Introduced, produced, and designed clothing for fashion shows in two of the top Nights clubs in the World. (The promoter at the Limelight in Manhattan screwed up my fashion show and was convicted for killing his drug dealer) I invented glow in the dark safety products contacted the World Trade Center regarding a glow in the dark escape route system. It was not mine that was installed but one that is now part of Local Law 26 in New York City. Business accolades then personal challenges destroyed the business, home, family, my mind. The light went out on my dreams and all that I lived, loved, and worked for. That was in 1995.

In 1997, I participated in a 900 mile Veterans March from Melborne, FL to Washington DC. Educating the public on Health concerns and POW/ MIA Prisoner of War/ Missing In Action. That was a life changing eye opening experience in my life. I found out that Service is Good for the Soul. That I had Constitutional rights and if I did not hold my Government accountable, who would? In 1999 SR 755 Missing Service Personnel bill passed trying to protect future generations from being left behind unaccounted for.

On February 1, 1999, I found out that I had the fatal disease of alcoholism and have been in recovery from a seemingly hopeless state of mind. A disease that ravaged my family and the effects continue in the generations that follow. Now the understanding of why spirits is on the label of your alcohol. The personality change that occurs as a result of too many spirits ingested into the human, for the psyche to handle. The Criminal Justice System profiting because of the Disease and Decay in Society. The Criminalizing of Cannabis and Industrial Hemp in the War on drugs that created drug cartels and the American Government supplies their arms. Enough is enough. Peace pipes bring Peace.

Starting a business over for the fifth time in 2003, I started a Photoluminescent Safety Egress Company. My supplier in New Zealand told me to bring in a competitor as a customer. Then told me to sit back and collect royalties. I did not agree with the decision. With a Notarized statement I walked away from Corporate Greed in March 2005. Six months later the man was arrested and is serving twenty years in prison.

Moving to the beautiful mountains in Western North Carolina in March of 2007, I tried to be normal and fit in. Started a produce stand with another girl in February of 2009 that I had to walk away from just when it started to turn a profit because of a violent criminal called Bubba, who cut off the heads of fish and buried them at our produce stand. The Judge laughed at me in court stated he knew this guy for many years; he threw out the violation of the restraining order. I did Not Feel Safe in the town after that.

In August 2007, I found out about URTV, Western North Carolina Community Media Center. It was a Public Access Station where anyone in the Community could use professional equipment to produce TV shows that aired on the local cable station. It was funded by PEG (Public Education Government) Revenues and a Video Sales Tax that is on your cable bills. The battle for a 1st Amendment platform was designed to fail from the beginning. The local Government could not control the Free speech until they denied the funding. The People’s Voice was Silenced in Asheville, NC on May 14, 2011. That was my job and the start of another business that was destroyed by another’s actions. Because of TV shows that exposed the corruption in local Government. Now our only public platform is three minutes in front of our County Commissioners who throw you out of a meeting if they do not like what you say. The Chairman proudly admitted he was taking away my 1st Amendment rights. They said go use Social media.

As a Citizen Journalist I video recorded an Occupy Asheville March on November 2, 2011. On November 5th, I was arrested along with eight others. Picked off the street and falsely imprisoned. Stating my innocence from the beginning it took seven months and five court appearances for a jury of twelve on appeal to find me Not Guilty of impeding traffic after ten minutes of deliberation. The officer testified there was no evidence of disorderly conduct or resisting police officers for the two charges out of three that were dropped. The prosecuting Assistant District Attorney even Lied during closing argument. What a blatant waste of tax payer’s money to Silence me.

After all the miles I have journeyed I have learned that it is not just my voice but many that are being silenced. The news we get in Mass media is spoon fed. The local media covered my case when I was found guilty by an ‘impartial” judge, but only one paper covered my acquittal. We the people need to communicate. That is what brings the Unity into our Community. The former producers still have people come up and ask us What Happened to URTV?

GLoLady is found on many websites though out the internet. I have been branding GLoLady since I bought the domain in 2000.  My youtube channel has been viewed in 146 Countries around the World. My TV shows and other art works are still being added and re added. We do not know what we do not know and sometimes what we are taught is not the truth. I Love Enlightening the Masses and would like to continue but, I need the equipment. My camera died after 10 years of faithful use. I need two lap tops with editing software, portable hard drive, 2 video cameras, 2 tripods, 8 XLR cables, 4 microphones, live feed fees, tapes, dvds, light package, switcher box to start with. That will get a multitude of people back communicating with their Community. The friends that I met at the studio have become my family today.

Ever since my run in with Bubba, I have been learning how homeless people live. I have learned enough. My car broke down 3 weeks after the TV studio closed so challenging is to say the least. Especially in a town that likes to slash tents, take you to jail if caught sleeping in the City, and Numerous other adversaries. So, I plan to get a short bus to live and work out of. There are places that I need to go, People that I need to see and Laws that need to be changed. If I don’t speak up, Who Will?

Flying Signs

As I sit on the bench at a rest area on I-75 in Florida, reflecting on my past journeys, more than on the one that lies ahead.  Studying this new mode of transportation I first tried out of necessity, now attempting my seventh trip back and forth from Asheville, NC to Florida. I look to see my discoveries.

What I have learned on my travels is that people would rather ignore what they do not understand or is different in any way than them. Eye contact is quickly reverted more than not. Those who have or care for someone with a disability are friendlier, less fearing of other people. Their challenges opened them to see and touch more than others, those who are oblivious to what lies outside their bubble. Fearing the unknown they bounce merrily along in their box.

Happily I do not have to live in fear anymore. All fears have been taken, the rest gladly given. The fear of losing possessions is nothing compared to the feeling of losing your children, your family, and your friends. The goal of material wealth holds nothing over love of family and friends. It is lonely at the top only if you step on others to get there. Treating others how we want to be treated has just rewards.

First ride out today, interesting ride, and nice guy. Drinking and lifestyle has him looking older than he really is. What was really different was the proposition. He wanted women to pay him for pleasure. I suggested putting an ad on the web. Money for his time, sex for free.

The other men were more subtitle. They did not offer money but made it known the offer of their services was available for free. The sexual services available at the truck stops are some of the cheapest rates around. The suppliers are usually drug addicted who practically give it away for their next high. The diseases that are transported across the Country are scary. The unsuspecting women back home who do not know of the temptations at every stop. I respect the men who honor their women by abstaining from anothers touch.

I appreciate all my rides for not expecting anything more than good conversation from me. Most that have picked me up have been alone. White or black the balance was the same. Fear of being seen with another woman kept a lot of men from picking me up. Those who had girlfriends did not disclose to them their good deed of giving someone in need a ride along their way. Seems just being seen together is an admission of guilt. The few women who gave me a ride had different reasons. While most were from the kindness in their hearts, one did it to feel superior to someone seen as lesser than she. Nice in her own rights, just still suffering from a childhood tainted by the disease of alcoholism and the abuse it brings to the family complex, continuing to afflict the generations to come.

Only a few rides had more than one person in the vehicle. Riding in between two men has to be done in faith. To put fear in the equation makes for an unpleasant ride. Any more than two men and the ride would have been turned down. Same as a few who had offered a ride and were refused, safe arrival at the destination is the goal.

Speaking of serving and protecting, the police have been cool for the most part. It is still our first Amendment right to stand holding a sign. I do not stick out my thumb. I stand or sit until someone stops to talk to me. Sometimes that took hours. Like the first time out I was waiting for two hours until my first hit, pun intended. There were a few police cars that had passed me, nodding to each other as they drove by. Then a man pulled over and asked where I was going then if I wanted to go have some fun? Not even for money? After a compliment to me, he drove off too quickly for me to see if that was a Fraternal Order of Police emblem on his license plate. The location he wanted to take me was in the same direction as the County jail. Across the street was another cop passing by. No, I am not walking the streets. This is the only way I can afford to protect myself from a corrupt Government.

After being stranded at an entrance ramp for seventeen hours, again, a single black man picked me up.  He was only going a couple exits, but enjoyed the conversation about the corruption in Asheville, NC so much that he drove me an extra thirty miles. It was the conversation with his Mother that started me wondering. He gave me his number for the next time I was stuck in the area. After exchanging numbers, he called to inform me if I ever needed anything, beer, bud, a place to stay, just call. Thanks for the offer; I am working on the decriminalization of cannabis and hemp.  I Co-Produced a TV show on medical cannabis and industrial hemp. Another reason Buncombe County Commissioner’s wanted to stop the people’s voice. Too much truth was being told.

Bringing me back to why I started this new way of travel. To stay alive until I could prove my innocence in court, continuing to search for good people in this World. Thankful for every ride I’ve had, that got me to where I am today, waiting for the next ride to freedom.

Some of my findings; it is better to catch rides from rest areas than standing along side the road. I still have not stuck out my thumb. Certain signs work better than others. The destination on my sign got me there. Surprisingly God Bless or Goddess Bless did not get me a ride. My favorite was “Ride Please I am a Good Person” Yes, I met a few more good people too!

Citizen Journalist Targeted and Arrested

Reverend Lisa Landis, citizen journalist in Asheville, NC was targeted and arrested for covering a local story. The Occupy Asheville march was on November 2, 2011, in solidarity with Oakland, CA. Arrested three days after the event on November 5, 2012 and charged with three offenses, resisting public officers, disorderly conduct, and standing on the highway impeding traffic.  

After three court appearances despite her clear role as a citizen journalist, Lisa Landis was found guilty and sentenced to time served. Landis immediately indicated her intent to appeal the sentence, telling the judge, “I was targeted and forcefully arrested because I continue to speak about the corruption of District Attorney Ron Moore…I will not stop until Ron Moore is arrested.”

Rev Landis is the former Producer of GLoLady TV at URTV, Western North Carolina Community Media Center in Asheville, NC. The Buncombe County Commissioners denied the funding needed to keep public access available to the local community. One of the reasons for the denial of funds is to continue the cover up of corruption in the local government. Co-Producer of “What’s Really Going On In Western North Carolina” that focused on this corruption was also exposed by Forbes. Local media has limited coverage of this travesty and doubtful they will cover the trial on June 4, 2012 at the Buncombe County Court House room 5 at 10am. With Ron Moore as the prosecuting District Attorney how can Rev Landis get an honest trial with someone who Targeted her?

Please help call International Attention to this cause. The logic that convicted her would convict any journalist documenting the scene of virtually any demonstration. If DA Ron Moore does have the alleged connection with the Mexican drug Cartel the why is he still in office? Why will the independent audit of the evidence room not be released? This is one story that is ready to blow sky high.

Robert Green, one of the most decent people you could ever wish to meet, has been jailed for 12 months as a consequence of his campaign to secure justice for Hollie Greig and a proper investigation (the first) into her claims to have been sexually and violently abused by members of the Scottish establishment.

He has been jailed for a breach of the peace - handing out leaflets. Robert was not convicted by a jury, but by a single judge called Bowen who also delivered the sentence.

Why is our government constantly trying to stop the people from gathering and sharing information? What does our government wish to cover up? Why was the information that exposed the corruption in our local government silenced?

Who is responsible for arresting innocent people in their overzealous attempt to discredit, undermine and punish? Occupy Asheville wants to educate the public concerning corruption, misuse of power and financial culpability, among other important things for survival in these economic times.

The government TV stations are supported by twice the funds allotted for the people's public access. With Asheville and Buncombe County receiving almost $3 million in video sales tax and Public, Education and Government revenues in 2011, how can we honestly say there was no funding for the people? Buncombe County reported an excess of $300,000 in the General Fund. This is money that should have been honored by contract for public access. This attempt to "charge" for free speech is another attempt by local officials to silence the people.

In our public-access station at Western North Carolina Community Media Center, we the public had a place to assemble in order to communicate with the rest of our community. There were people who had jobs and were starting small businesses at URTV. Let's finally get the truth out. URTV was not mismanaged; seven audits in five years proved that.

We the people want to gather and communicate with each other. If our government does not listen to the people speak then they need to resign the position they were elected to fill. (See some of my videos from Occupy Asheville protests at http://avl.mx/prp0 and http://avl.mx/prp1).

Ask the County and City for the itemized budget of their Government channels for the last 4 years. Ask to see how much money was received in video sales tax and PEG revenues. As with the Occupy movement, local Government does not wish to honor our 1st Amendment rights. They try to discredit and deny the real issues any chance they get.

I was targeted and arrested for participating in a march on November 2, 2011, that their video evidence will prove my innocence. My voice is questioning the officer about the legalities. My video of the march uploaded on youtube the day before my arrest on Nov 5, 2011, has the tittle Occupy Asheville march with police escort. I was acting as media, same as the cameraman for WLOS. My arrest was meant to discredit, undermine, and intimidate. I had just received an application to volunteer at the jail as a Reverend and for AA meetings. I did Not want to do Anything to be arrested for. This Is A Waste Of Tax Payers Money!!!

My goal is Justice for All.... Not just for a select few of the richest who continue to suppress the people for their own greed.

Fatal Diagnosis

There needs to be a Law enacted that will properly give human rights to people suffering with the fatal disease of alcoholism and addiction.



Most people who are arrested are then required to pay for a drug and alcohol evaluation. These are questions to what educational test? People need to be educated so they understand the illness before there can be a diagnosis.



Too many afflicted persons are incarcerated as bad people, who at the time of arrest were possessed by spirits, ingested through consumption of alcohol and drugs. Had they been in a sober state of mind they would never have committed such acts.



We need to question the reason for our jails and prisons. Are they meant to rehabilitate those convicted to become productive members of Society or are they just numbers for financial gain? Do the owners of these private Institutions also have a financial interest in the alcohol or pharmaceutical industry?



Too many people have been discriminated against because they are afflicted with a fatal illness. This issue needs to be addressed if we want a solution to this problem that destroys the family and its community. The disease passing from one generation to the next manifesting undetected. We do not know what we do not know until we are taught.



If the family is to stop this insidious disease then education is a must. Intensive treatment should be given for alcohol and drug related offenses. These are medically “sick” people. Not the “bad” people convicted and housed in Private Criminal Institutions for financial gain. If therapy were implemented comparable to the insanity of the person at the time of the offense, a suitable counseling could help a family recover from the ravages of this fatal illness. Thereby alleviating the repeating and escalating violent acts committed when diagnosis goes undetected passed down through the generations.

We have to consider the fact that the stock holders are housing those they entice with their other stock holdings. They profit off the disease and decay in Society.

When we look at the atrocities of the Hitler Regime, we can see what fear and hatemongering has done. When one person states who is good and evil, what power do we give them for the destruction of human lives for material greed? How many people have been tortured, raped, and killed because of religious conviction? What Religions have built their ranks at the tip of the sword?

The Berwick Witch trials in Scotland are stated to be only second to Germany in the barbarity and numbers killed. Ask a Jew if Hitler rewrote the Bible if they would still consider it Holy.

When he published “Daemonologie” he felt that he was doing God’s work, damning with lies of Devil worship when Witches do not even believe in the devil. What would prompt such visceral fear and horrific recriminations towards individuals believed capable of premonitions and prophetic visions? Their land and possessions were taken as payment for these criminal trials. ”Second Sight” knowing things beyond the reach of the physical senses before they happened was considered damning to the accused. If you had information or foreknowledge of horrific disasters before they occurred would you want to know and would you tell?

Ask the Indians, Africans, and Aborigines, the cost of White mans greed in their lives. Those who respect all plants, animals, and human beings, understanding these are a part of the whole Universe. Why do we continue to damn those who do not think, act, and do as “proper” moral standards dictate.

Jesus said that we could do what he did and more if only we believed. If he could walk on water then why can we not walk on fire? He said to love others as ourselves. Do we only quote what we believe or do we truly live and practice what we preach? Those without sin cast the first stone.

Would you like someone to explain these Earth changes the World is experiencing, now that we know Global warming is a farce? Will you believe scientifically or spiritually based facts? When we believe authority as truth and not truth as authority we lose the full potential of a Nation.

All Spiritual texts are prophetic. Predictions of premonitions are dependent upon the information at the time of the interpretation. That means we have a chance to change the future.

Criminal Greed

The Criminal Justice System is the profit of the War on Drugs. Bigger jails and prisons to house the growing numbers the Court system has deemed as bad people. These human beings are afflicted by a deadly addiction or a disease. Why do we not address these issues instead of making career criminals of them? Is it the profit in the disease and decay in Society that Corporate thrives upon? These are sick people and should have been addressed as such.

With the money spent to house an inmate that usually becomes a repeat offender if drugs and alcohol are a factor. Why not put these people in a treatment program and build them up as a valuable member of Society instead of adding to their lack of self esteem and damnation. If they were to be healed after a time or two in treatment is that not a substantial savings in the need for Criminal prosecution of such?

The judges who see these people repeatedly should be held accountable for the repeat offence as much as the person who stands in front of them. Where does the problem lie or does anyone care? If we keep breeding a cesspool of sickness then it will continue to multiply through out the Nations. Do we want a solution or will we allow the profit of the disease and decay in Society by a limited few?

Where is marijuana a criminal offense?

To solve a problem one must go to the root of it. Why is a once prescribed herbal remedy now a criminal drug charge punishable by law, when it could be used as a solution to several problems?


Why is it a criminal offense when the adverse effects are nil in comparison to alcohol? If we are going to criminalize a substance then alcohol should be on the top of the list, followed by cigarettes in regards to bodily damage by a controlled substance.


If we were to look at the real reason that marijuana is criminalized, we would find that it is profit motivated. We would immediately decrease the need for lawyers and judges in the Criminal Justice System. How many people tie up the courts with possession and paraphernalia charges not linked to any other criminal charge? How much is spent in the enforcement that could be averted to more pressing matters?


The benefits and byproducts of marijuana far out weigh any negative effects of its use. The documented medical proof is obviously going against the FDA’s requirement that only a drug could cure a disease. How many Big Pharmaceutical sales would be lost by the public using natural herbal cures? How many suicide side effects of these drugs could have been averted using a natural remedy and not a synthetic with known side effects of such?


Not to mention the many Corporate Industries that would have cheaper alternative to their products. Food, rope, clothing, paper, oil, and renewable fuel source just to name a few.


When we have all the facts, we have to question; where is marijuana a criminal offense?


Personality changes and blackouts on alcohol have killed more people in a year than murders committed under the influence of marijuana. Yet alcohol is acceptable and encouraged as a pastime.


The majority of arrests are under the influence of alcohol. The number of repeat arrests and probation violation are also alcohol related. Are we trying to solve a problem or is the profit in the disease?

All great civilizations before us have been brought to their knees through greed, corruption, and violence. The ultimate in EGO power is to rule the World. Understanding that the organized Religion’s who control people through FEAR, are the ones who hide the truth about wealth and power. Fear is a tool of those who wish harm on another. This Hell that you fear is in your mind, in your life, if you believe it. What is the alternative to the Gloom and Doom as predicted by The Holy Bible?

It is Love and Light achieved by applying Jesus Christ’s teachings. We can change the World. Why do you think the Catholic Church is condemning The Da Vinci Code? Are they still hiding behind the Truth, Wealth, and Power? Starting with the Christ, look at all those who were killed at the Church’s hands. What secrets that have been rumored really are true.

Since we know how the Bible has predicted the end, can we have another vote? If predictions of premonitions are dependant upon the knowledge at the time of interpretation, then we have a chance to change the future. If thought creates form, what do you think? Is it time that we get the whole truth and love of Her-story?

God is within, that still small voice, the gut. The God Unto Thee, Good Orderly Direction. When was the last time that you listened to your gut and were wrong? Living by example, practicing what you preach, to be responsible for our thoughts, actions, and words. If we bless others we bless ourselves. When we curse others we bring it back to us. That 3 Fold Law is one finger pointed out and three pointed back. To turn the other cheek is allowing someone to have the negative energy return to them.

Spirituality will be explained scientifically. The Earth changes that the Ancient Spiritual Texts have predicted are becoming more apparent. This is a cleansing, a renewing of the values in life. The corrupt will fall; the disasters will reveal treasures that have long been hidden. The truth will be revealed and the people will come together in love during the times of tragedy. What the World needs now is Love!

For the past 30 years I have tried to build business after business with nickels and dimes. Only to have them be destroyed by circumstances beyond my control. The foresight we see play out in today’s World. What fortunes could have been made by now? With a little help and support?

There have been people try to take me down thru lies and untruths of their own distorted perception of reality. Those who were close used the knife to the back. Taking what was most treasured leaving the rest in a heap laughing at the mess the deadly disease enfolded.

Those sticks and stones were gathered, looking at each and every one for their strength and flaws. Now from the mountain that was built, I see from the direction they were thrown. How long were they stored in the closets of their ancestor? Why do they fear, why don’t they love, and what were they taught?

Spiritual malady is the disease that needs to be fixed before we all die away, the dis-ease and decay in Society today. The EGO’s in charge are easing God out, exchanged for selfish desires of material possessions of wealth and control.

My wish to you is to be well and happy, to reap what you sow, as above so below. For the joy in being true to yourself, despite all the insecurities and inadequacies instilled since birth. Be the best we can be is what we should do. No mater if it makes sense to me and to you. Divine is the plan when you see lessons learned. Past mistakes become bridges for others and dreams become rainbows of faith. To love and be love is the answer.

Sex, Politics, and Crime, if prostitution is the oldest profession then when did it become a criminal act? Is prostitution a crime or is it a moral standard? When weighing the evils between the two, on one hand there is an act where one person is an innocent victim to an action that will scar them for life. On the other hand you have an agreement between two consenting adults. Is the problem to be dealt with realistically or morally? Do we have the right to force moral standards on each other? Unless those standards intentionally harm another human, then where should they be set?

In our civilization when we have a need we look to find an answer. At one time horses were needed as a mode of transportation. That need was reduced when the automobile was invented. Therefore the need in our Society was changed. We no longer needed them and few want them. Prostitution is stated to be the oldest profession. In other words, prostitution fills a need in our Society. Until there is no such need there will always be a demand.

Self sexual pleasure is the only pleasure that we can give ourselves. Other than that we seek pleasure outside ourselves. Many children are taught not to touch themselves. Taught that they are bad if they do, instilling guilt, insecurity, and depravity.

Is there a difference between prostitution and pornography? They are both done with consenting adults, adult being the operative word. Both are done behind closed doors. One is for private consumption the other for public viewing. One is illegal and the other legal. The only considerable difference is the amount of money being paid for the same act.

In our Society it is acceptable for a man to take a woman out on a date. He buys her flowers, food or drinks and then takes her home for free sex. Is that sex free or was she bought and paid for using the barter system? Who is the cheaper whore; Jill who sleeps with Bill for a three dollar drink of Jack or Jane who sleeps with Jack for a Three hundred dollar Bill? In reality unless they are married there is some form of prostitution being committed. Sex is always an exchange of energy in some form.

What is the difference between sexual therapists and women who charge for their services, besides the price difference of their sessions? Women become psychiatrists to the men who come to see them. Weekly, monthly or bi-monthly, they continue where they left off. These men learn to trust and confide their inner most problems and secrets.

Behind those closed doors many fantasy sessions are preformed. These women become great actresses playing roles that would nominate them for Oscars. Actresses in our Society are highly regarded in the roles that they play. The differences is knowing that the men who act opposite them in fantasy would act out in reality if there were no such place for them to perform such an act.

Some of these men are rapists and child molesters. These men come in to satisfy a sick need they have to prey on innocent victims of sadistic crimes. If there was no outlet for them to fantasize their actions then they would look to reality to fulfill their desires.

Brutal rapes where women are tied up and then knives are used to cut off their clothing before being raped. In a private session both of them know the role that they are playing. No one gets hurt and one is compensated for their acting performance. What acting could a child do when someone wants to molest them? There are men who come specifically looking for women who look like young girls and boys. The language that is spoken is one between an adult and child. What an adult wants to do to a child, things that an adult should never say and do to a child. In these sessions there are no victims only consenting adults, acting out in fantasy instead of reality.

Men who want to have power over women, who want to control them, to be the superior person. For whatever reason they have, it is done with a willing participant. What is wrong for a man who has uncontrolled desires to fulfill them without including another person who would be an innocent victim to a senseless crime.

This is not to say that all men are looking to degrade someone. There are several reasons a man goes to see a working girl. Some men are single and do not want the commitment of a relationship. Some want the variety of women offered. Others come in only to talk to someone of the opposite sex. The regularity of the visits is just as varied. Some come in once a week, some save up their money for months just for one visit.

Like the men who want to dominate women, there are those who want women to dominate them. Research has shown that the majority of men who want to be dominated are from Religions where physical or mental abuse is instilled in them with regularity. They come in wanting to be verbally or physically abused. Some of the physical actions are beyond belief because they are disgustingly grotesque. Were they victimized in the same way as children? Is this their way of breaking a vicious cycle or how they need to be treated to feel that they are loved. Is this their way of believing the girls are committing a sin against them, as if they are redeeming the woman, asking the Lord to forgive her? The worse the sin the better they feel after their confession.

The statement that men are dogs, is that true? Animals have the need to procreate. Do men have these same carnal desires or just giving into untamed urges? When in public they present themselves as meek, mild, and controlled, but behind closed doors they're unleashed inhibitions take over.
The men who frequent the ladies do not consider this cheating. Most truly love their wives and families. They go there because something is missing and they do not want the problems and commitment associated with having a mistress.
One thing is certain; customers come from all walks of life. From blue collar and white collar, to the judges of our court system, who prosecute and condemn these women. He is the man next door.

In the same way as there isn't a stereotype of the man who visits a lady, the same is to be said of the type of woman who works there. What kind and why a woman works in the business. One thing they have in common, few of the ladies like what they are doing.

A lot of the times their private sex lives are destroyed. They loose trust in men. Just because they understand men better, does not mean they like them any better. A good result of the job is the confidence level of the women is boosted tremendously.

Most of them are single mothers who are trying to make a better life for themselves and their children. Women who would have to work 40 hours a week overtime, just to get a decent paycheck. Women who do not want to rely on a welfare system to survive.

They are your neighbors. One who you would least expect. She works to get a car, to go to school to learn a new trade, one that would pay as much if not more than she earns in the business. When working the business she has money for emergencies. They are survivors who have a desire to live a good life.

Some of them have boyfriends or husbands. Some of whom understand and support the women in knowing that to them it's "just a job". Most of the men do not like what the women do, so their job is not a topic of conversation.

In trying to close down this industry, are the police officers just in doing their job or are they using unscrupulous actions to assert their authority. Does this mean that they have the right to receive sexual favors using public money in order to arrest a woman? A police officer takes an oath to serve and protect. This does not mean self serve and protect them selves with a cover up. Should they be allowed to inject themselves into a customer's private life by calling them at home or visiting them at their job sites harassing them until the police are told what they want to hear by using blackmail tactics? Is it easier for the police to go after the working girl rather than arrest criminals who would put their lives in jeopardy?

Is this why there is an underground sex trade? The demand is there but the supply is taken away when the houses of ill repute are closed down. Do those responsible for the closing have vested interest in these underground sex prisons, holding the women and young girls against their will for their own financial gains, paying others for their silence?

This is not condoning street prostitution or the pimps who keep them there. Those acts are physiological. These women are usually drug addicted and work for their next fix. Uncaring when they pass on sexually transmitted diseases to the unsuspecting wives at home. In house services are psychological; they fill a need in our Society. Who is to judge the morals of another person? Morals belong to the masses. Dignity belongs to the individual. When someone puts the safety of Humanity before their own, then what is that sacrifice worth?

Living in Fear V.S. Faith

People who choose to control others through fear are the ones who lack the power of self control. The need to dominate another by using mental, verbal or physical actions defines their lack of self love. Doing these in a negative way is working against the nature of love. What they do not understand is the reaping what they sow. The bigger they are the harder they fall. These acts always bring the downfall of the perpetrators. Jails, institutions, and death that is sometimes as long and painful as they had made others suffer.

Those who control using Hell, their elected or official positions, or those who expect another to cower through blackmail, will be revealed in the coming days. Always are always will. What goes around comes around. Planetary aspects and transits can usually pinpoint the times. The planets are aligned for the exposure of such.

Lying, cheating, and stealing another's possessions, mentally, physically, or spiritually will suffer the same fate and worse. That is a matter of fact. Man's Law or God's what Law do you live by?

Since man is a human who is not infallible, faith in an unseen power greater than the Universe is far better to live by. To understand the Laws of Attraction by treating others as we wish to be treated. Turning the other cheek is energetically deflecting the negative blow. Wishing them well, it is just a matter of time. Give them enough rope and they will hang themselves. Vengeance is mine said the Lord with the feeling you get when the vindication comes being sweeter.

Divine in Action

To me, it is Divine in action. I look to see where all things tie in together. How things mesh. Numbers, words, all match somehow. Feeling the energy that surrounds all things, it is like a pinball game of Life. Who are you bouncing off today? Did you take on any energy from the negative person and carry that to the next one. Will that person again absorb the negative energy, or wish you a good day, glad that it is not them with the bad attitude. In fact when we play God in our own lives, we want free will. That self will runs riot and affects others who in turn bounce off the same energy, unless they have made other plans and accept that no matter what happens, a power greater is in charge.

Being the God of our lives, if we understand that thought creates form we wonder how much disease that we manifest into our own lives. When we say someone is a pain in the neck or arse. Did you get a hemorrhoid or that pain in the neck? When we say it is heavy on our hearts do we develop heart problems? Our wastes should be flushed from our bodys everyday. How many think that is just physically or really understand that resentments are like swallowing poison and waiting for someone else to die? Those expectations are premeditated resentments. We expect someone to act as we want not accepting that self will wants to take over in everyone. We are pained by others words and actions. Internalizing that pain it manifests into dis-ease. Disease: a condition of an organism that impairs normal psychological functioning. Psychological: the science of mind, emotions, and behavior. The emotional characteristics and behavior associated with an individual. Can you see the connection between what we think and our Health? That outward thought manifests internally as Disease.

Where did these thoughts come from? We are born pure love. That is all we know. We are fresh souls in a soft, sensuous, purity of human skin. The mind of a child who trusts, who see, who communicates with the other side, until they are told their friends do not exist. Because that is what we have been taught. We become corrupted by the thoughts that are instilled in our minds. We dont know what we dont know, until we are taught. Is what you have been taught the truth? How do you know? Have you questioned or just accepted. Have you looked at it from one point of view or as God, from all angles?

We cant drive forward looking in the rear view mirror. Too much junk in the trunk and we are going to break down. Forgiveness is the best thing that we can do for ourselves. The load that is lifted is immense, when we forgive others for not being as perfect as we are.

Mother Earth is our Mother as long as we are on the Planet Earth. Our Earthly shells encase our Spirit, our soul, our energy. We are all connected by our DNA in some form. When we harm one, we harm all. Remember the bouncing off energy?
The live growing plants contain vital nutrients that our bodies need. When your body becomes a tomb for dead animals, it begins to decay. Why does your crap stink? Herbals work with our bodies to keep a healthy balance. Most of the processed foods that we eat today are processed with man made chemicals. How do you like those big milk jugs on our little girls who drink milk with hormones in it? We ingest substances with cancer causing carcinogens and wonder why we have cancer.

The polluted Mother is sick. The greed for power and money has taken its toll on Earth. She is getting ready to sneeze and rid herself of what is ailing her. Look at our lakes and streams. Can you see the bottom as we once could? What has been put in those waters thinking that it would be diluted? Not caring if it destroyed the Earth, because it meant more profit for us. What chemicals have seeped into our water supply that we ingest? Not even the poisons chlorine and fluoride come close to the dangers of these. The waters of New Orleans what has been disclosed about the chemicals that were spilt. No one has yet answered these questions. What monsters can we expect to come out of the water? As predicted in Revelations.

Take an honest look at yourself. You are a Divine Spiritual being that is trapped in a Human form. As long as you are on Earth you will be an affect to it, in one form or another. Will you be responsible for your thoughts, words, and actions? Or blame others for your short comings? That 3 Fold Law is in effect. What do you put out and expect to get back?
