Seeking Kindness
This is what life is like behind the sign, Who are the people who stand with signs seeking your kindness? Why do they do it? Is it possible to get a place to live and work through the good graces of strangers? A documentary is being made to showcase the struggle of the homeless to get a place to live and work to support them. You will not view the homeless in the same light again.
Tired of being HomeFree Have not found a decent job that would support me. After my 8th business GLoLady TV was destroyed by Buncombe County Government. I was Targeted and Falsely Arrested in another attempt to silence my voice from revealing corruption. They stopped me from volunteering in their Jail. The actions of Elected Officials in WNC caused me to become homeless. They took my jobs and Laughed.
I hope to see enough Kindness to get a place to live so I can start over One More Time.

Nuked at Three Mile Island Nuclear Accident in March 1979, nine months later an idea glow in the dark clothing was born. It took 7 years of Research & Development to invent glow in the dark clothing. Glow Butts the original glow in the dark underwear and GLo For It! Originals.
Introduced, produced, and designed clothing for fashion shows in two of the top Nights clubs in the World. Then I invented glow in the dark safety products contacted the World Trade Center regarding a glow in the dark escape route system. It was not mine that was installed but one that is now the reason of Local Law 26 in New York City.
Business accolades then personal challenges destroyed the business, home, family, my mind. The light went out on my dreams and all that I lived, loved, and worked for. That was in 1995.

Injustice in Volusia County Courts
Sitting in Volusia County Courthouse in Daytona, Florida
after listening to the public defender offer two years probation as a plea
bargain presented by the DA. The threat
of using a juvenile record to link another crime makes it easier for everyone,
except the innocent accused of the crime. The police who target, the public defender who
is so backlogged in cases he is lucky if he remembers the name let alone any
information regarding the case. Now the
victim has moved and the State will have to fly him back in for the trial. Who is ready for trial or is everyone
continued so the wave will crash in the future?
A prisoner speaks up as to his lack of representation by the
public defender. The Judge was getting
upset as to the options, self representation, use the public defender given to
him, or continue for more time. Pushed
to continue by his jeering public defender, the man is continuing to bank roll
the jail a little longer. The deputy
reprimands a prisoner looking into the public seating, the defendants awaiting
their fate, the victim ready to testify.
The jesting matches of Justice, whose sharpest tongue is the
sword of choice, the letter of the Law applied by those who memorize common
statues and tortes. Processing like
cattle in a stockyard each to a different pen. Most being sent out to fatten some more,
hopefully another charge is acquired and the plot thickens. The poor, ignorant,
and trusting people who believed there was Justice served in court. Instead they are lambs led to slaughter,
processed into a system that is run by the wolves, licking their chops at the
innocence of new stock. Not knowing
their Civil rights and the devious actions that are used in prosecuting the
innocent. The majority looked like they
had no home to keep themselves let alone the retirement for the criminal
justice system that eats high on the hog of the poor.
Heaven forbid the Cannabis charge carries more time then
grand theft auto. Hearing that over the disrespectful
Assistant District Attorneys sitting in a group in the jury box, talking over
the people in the court room, like a reunion catching up with each other’s
lives. How can anyone hear the
seriousness of the Judge trying to do a good job preventing the travesty of
innocent guilt?
Another prisoner speaks up regarding evidence the public
defender will not present for the plaintiff that would result in a
dismissal. The arrogant attitude of the
public defender controlling the lives of people is overwhelming. A deputy asserting his authority to the people
sitting, pointing his finger to someone who had quietly communicated to a
prisoner loudly ejected her from the courtroom. Then denied the prisoner his day in
court. If they did not show support
would seem more the criminal act.
Sober, mentally alert, competent to make a decision in the
sentencing, or do they just want to hurry the process along so they would not have
to waste another day, waiting in the cattle line for processing.
Sitting in court I see more injustice then justice. This
free attorney appointed for your defense is nothing short of a railroad into
the prison system. They play with
peoples lives like they do not care, the puppets on a string dancing merrily
along for the paycheck. Officers getting
ready to pounce on the prisoner speaking, his paperwork not catching up, lost
in the system. What system, other than a system of revenue to profit off the
disease and decay in Society. I see no justice being served.
After speaking with the public defender who suggested an
unreasonable plea bargain we requested he asked for dismissal due to prejudiced
evidence with malicious prosecution. The
State’s witness had not complied with the requested deposition and moved out of
State. Instead the public defender
requested another continuance. Isn’t he supposed
to represent the good of his client? To
disregard requested actions and seek further delay shows adequate cause to back
up in the system. How many innocent pleas just to get the charges over with or
get sentenced for crimes they do not commit? Why do we have a criminal justice
system? It is not for the profit,
because crime does not pay.

Tampa Bay’s Got Talent
It was freakin hilarious watching the people auditioning for
a co-host position on The Bone 102.5 radio station, but then that is why the
releases were required. Just to make deliberate asses of the people? Why else
would you ply people with alcohol at 10 am and offer no food to soak it up,
when the majority of people were lucky to catch breakfast before lining up to
get numbers for 1st appearance in front of unknown influential judges.
That action weeded out potential nightmares with public appearances. Sounds
like a good excuse for not serving food. Hopefully, they will do otherwise next
time. Which if I do enter, there will be NO blue voltage mountain dew to fuel
me. Between that and nerves, no wonder I lost my train of thought. Sugar has a
way of short circuiting the wires in our brains.
We wonder why our kids can’t sit still and focus. I can
attest to that one. Even though I never would have entered the competition had
I known what it was from the start, I would enter it again. This time well
rested and fed, to give it my best shot.
Looking for a job that I want to do and pays money, I had
responded to a craigslist ad for a Co-host position on the radio, starting salary $42,500. Not knowing
who or what I applied on Dec 17, 2012. This was the response:

potential Radio Co-Host position. As I am sure you can imagine we have
been inundated with applicants. Accordingly, we have to find a way to
separate those that are serious from those who are just trolling for a job
- any job.
However, we want to emphasize that an applicant with years of radio
experience does *not* necessarily have an advantage over an applicant with
no radio experience. It is our goal to find the next "big" star and
experience isn't a must. We see the best candidate as one who knows how to
promote oneself, has a talkative personality and a unique delivery.
That being said - here is what the next step for consideration is going to
be:
Please provide a :60 second audio file (MP3 format only) stating why you
think you are the right person for the job. This audio file will show us
who is serious and who is not. We don't expect (nor do we want) a slick
produced demo. We want just you and your voice telling us why we should
move you to the next step for consideration.

This Saturday at 9am at the Ritz Ybor I will be participating in the “Tampa
Bay’s Got Talent” show put on by 102.5 – The Bone. This open audition
format event is open to any and all that show up. You don’t need me to
enter but what I can offer you is the opportunity to get noticed.
You have already demonstrated your ability to have a chance at getting
this radio gig which includes $1,000 cash, a 90 day contract and the chance
to have a permanent position on the station. That being said, the odds
remain low unless you can differentiate yourself from the hordes that have
no real talent and no real drive to get this gig. I have some suggestions
which if you follow exactly will greatly increase your chances in getting
noticed.

winning.

desire and ability to possibly get this gig. Many others will be showing
up and they likely won’t stand a chance.
You don’t need me to audition but you need my help to get noticed.
This event will likely be covered by the local TV Stations, Newspapers and
of course on 102.5. It possibly could go national as well.

first time that I knew what station was putting on this event. After
questioning the legitimacy of the ad, On January 16, 2012, I received this

1) I want to make sure all of you understand that I am not nor have I ever been connected to 102.5 The Bone, its parent company or affiliates. I had started working on this program on my own when I placed the craigslist ad on November 24th, 2012. The response was so overwhelming that I decided to present it to Tampa Bay radio station groups to see if they wanted to take the idea over and create a good promotion and most importantly an opportunity for somebody to get a start in a very competitive industry. That being said, 102.5 – the Bone also came up with the idea and made it a reality. Maybe they heard that I was doing it and beat me to the punch or it was completely a new idea for them – which either is entirely possible. Regardless,
The bone is offering a real opportunity to get a start in the radio
business. A 90 day contract is a real shot at getting a long-term show. I commend them for putting on this promotion. So many people are out of work in this economic climate that it makes sense to be creative and ingenious. The Bone has done just that.
2) Please disregard the part of my email about bringing canned goods to the event. I left a message with Michael Sharkey – the program director at the Bone and he has not gotten back to me so I must assume that there is just not enough time for them to work with Feeding America – Tampa Bay at this event. If you feel so inclined please drop off any canned goods directly to Feeding America. There address is:

In conclusion – I wish you all the best of luck this Saturday. I too will be a contestant and I look forward to a great event. If you still want to bring the blue bandanas and wave them around while in the audience – I recommend you do so but only wave them around when asked to do so - so it will have the biggest impact. I hope this has cleared up any confusion and I know there is a huge amount of Talent in the Tampa Bay area. The Bone has found a way to tap into it and I commend them for that.

In other words, where
was misrepresentation? In doing research, I had found Sherman had a questionable past. Giving
everyone the benefit of doubt, I checked out www.TheBoneOnLine.com and
pre-registered for the live audition. Maybe some day I will find out the whole
truth. One thing I know for sure, there are scams galore on Craigslist.

Guns don’t kill people
If man has been killing man since the beginning of time,
then guns are not the problem. Anger,
Hate, Envy, Violence are a few of the deadly sins behind murder. When violence is used as a form of
entertainment the line between realities gets blurred in acceptable behavior. It is the violent negative stories that get
the focus of the front page news. The
ultimate video game Prize in Notoriety, a place in History books for the
mentally ill who seek fame.
Take away guns there are still rocks, sticks, fire and all
that has been used as weapons of war before guns. The only way to stop violence is to prevent
it. To identify the problem is to find a
solution. What disease ails us? Who did you last point your finger at? If thoughts create form than whom have you
hurt? Being responsible for our own
thoughts, actions, and words may they be of love?
The chemical imbalance in people can be addressed with
proper nutrition. Not the artificial,
GMO, processed food, spirits that short circuit our nervous systems causing
personality changes. Thoughts, word, actions that we normally would not think
say or do.
The pharmaceutical drugs that are given without
consideration of long term effects of possible generations afflicted as a
result of non disclosure over profit.
People Kill People with any means they can. Until we come together as a Society, that is
the problem. The solution is not getting rid of any and everything used to kill
people. If that would happen, we would
all have to walk around hand less?
